Great location right in the middle of everything, with plenty of restaurant options nearby and easy access to Highway 14. You can start your day with a tasty breakfast featuring biscuits and gravy 🍳.

Hot tub was disgusting,along with blood on pillows
In general: Filthy room! Paid $120. For hot tub room and couldn’t use it because it was disgusting. Blood on pillow cases. Front desk clerk called manager but he did respond until morning only to say he would take $35 dollars off our room! I will never go back again and do not recommend it. Smells like a dog in the whole place! Location and surroundings: Newton, Iowa. Room: Our view was a brick wall.

I've had a FAIRLY NICE stay on a road trip. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a central area, so close to restaurants of many choices, and hi-way 14. Units with hot tub. Everything was great.
Some people working there were disappointing.
